How Trust Scores Work
Every domain starts with a base score of 50 out of 100. We then adjust the score based on five independent signals:
Domain Age
Older domains with established history score higher. Domains over 5 years old earn up to +15 points.
SSL Certificate
Extended Validation (EV) certificates earn the most trust. No HTTPS results in a penalty.
Traffic & Popularity
Domains ranked in the top 1,000 globally earn up to +20 points from verified traffic data.
Threat Intelligence
Google Safe Browsing, malware detection, and phishing indicators can reduce scores significantly.
Technical Signals
TLD reputation, hosting platform risk, domain patterns, and other technical indicators fine-tune the final score.
